Nighttime the Right Time at Hard Rock

Ash Tembe says those staying at a Hard Rock Hotel All Inclusive Collection resort will quickly learn that nighttime is the right time.

Tembe, vice-president of global field sales for the brand – which has properties in Punta Cana, Cancun, the Riviera Maya and Puerto Vallarta – says night owls will be in their element in any of those resorts.

“What we do better than anyone else is we come alive at night,” he told a lively gathering of travel agents in Toronto Thursday, adding many other all-inclusive brands are quiet after sunset.  “Staying up all night at a Hard Rock is an option… Our brand is about fun,” Tembe said of All Inclusive Collection, which has adopted the tagline “All day. All night. All included.”

But Tembe assured the agents that the resorts have “beaches that are nice and quiet” for those seeking to relax. Guests will also be able to find “loud [swimming pools] and foam parties,” but there are also quiet pools as well.

The Hard Rock resorts have routinely been hosting concerts by name musicians and memorabilia that once belonged to prominent musicians can be seen throughout the properties, Tembe reported.

“If you like music, you’re going to have a great time at Hard Rock. If you don’t like music, don’t…[visit] Hard Rock.”

Tembe also used the event to praise amenities found at Hard Rock All Inclusive Collection resorts, noting they offer “high-end bedding” billed as “Sleep like a Rock,” and spas, with the spa at the Riviera Maya resort, for instance, having 75 treatment rooms.

Golf is also available and Hard Rock is working with the PGA on “crazy stuff,” such as music on a course, with the music turning off as golfers swing. Hard Rock wants to deliver “more fun on the course” for those vacationing in the Riviera Maya and Punta Cana.

He added that Hard Rock is committed to agents and offers them such incentives as a free night for each booking.
