Non-Stop to Terceira With Azores Airlines

This winter, Azores Airlines connects Toronto to the Portuguese Island of Terceira, with non-stop weekly service (Thursday’s from Dec. 5, 2019 to April 30, 2020). This service is in addition to its 4x weekly service from Toronto to Ponta Delgada.

Passengers visiting the Azorean Archipelago are able to get to this magnificent destination in just over 5 hours flight time aboard the new A321neo. Azores Airlines is the first Portuguese airline to connect Canada with Portugal using the A321neo.

You don’t have to fly half way around the world to be canyoning, cycling, hiking, soaking in natural hot springs, sailing, surfing, diving, golfing, bird watching, tasting amazing typical cuisine, and whale watching.

Spread out across the Atlantic, the Azores is made up of nine islands. These islands have been referred to by National Geographic as one of the best places in the world to visit.

Azores Airlines is based in the Azores and is Portugal’s oldest airline, operating flights to mainland Portugal and islands, Europe, the United States and Canada, with a combined network of flights including more than 100 destinations. The company’s growth strategy and its mission of taking the Azores to the World and the World to Azores endures.

Passengers travelling beyond the Azores are allowed stopover stays, from a few hours to seven days, without an added cost. Passengers can continue from the Azores to mainland Portugal, with the carrier, serving Lisbon and Porto. Stopovers are valid in either direction.
