Now That’s Annoying
As Canadians gear up for the holiday season, many will be travelling to visit friends and family and during their travels, there’s a chance that the annoying travel habits of those around them will take some of the joy out of getting to their destination.
Travelocity.ca recently conducted a survey to discover what peeves Canadians about travelling during the holidays.
The survey found that:
- 66% of Canadians schedule their travel at off-peak times to avoid hassle.
- Men are less likely to travel during the holidays at all or will travel during off-peak times in an effort to reduce aggravation.
- Most travel faux pas offenders are under the age of 35.
- A majority of Canadians (56%) are selective about who they will travel with.
- One quarter of Canadians are annoyed most by a lack of seat etiquette and carry-on baggage offenses.
