Oahu’s Ko‘olau Distillery has launched new whiskey tours in which guests can learn more about the crafting of its Old Pali Road Whiskey.

“We have had a lot of requests to visit our working distillery and are now delighted to welcome guests to share our story and experience our unique whiskey-making process,” Ko‘olau Distillery co-founder and CEO Eric Dill.

Guests take a six-step journey through the entire whiskey-making process, beginning with an introduction to the local ingredients used and how they contribute to Old Pali Road Whiskey’s unique flavour. Next, guests learn about mashing, fermenting, distilling and aging, before bottle filling and labelling by hand. The tour ends with a whiskey tasting.

Tours are only available to adults 21 years and older and cost US$20. All tours include the guided six-step interactive experience with an Old Pali Road Whiskey tasting and souvenir glass.

Visitors can book a 45-minute informative, guided tour by whiskey aficionados by calling 1-808-261-0685 or online at: www.koolaudistillery.com
