Oahu resort says ‘Hele Huli’ with new guided adventures

Turtle Bay on the North Shore of Oahu now offers three new one-of-a-kind outdoor adventures designed to more fully experience “one of the wonders of the world – one of the planet’s most awesome places.”For instance, the newly launched Hawaiian Cultural Excursion is a 60-minute beach walk that explores Turtle Bay’s majestic shoreline and its hidden coastal wonders. Guests will learn about the rich history of the fabled North Shore from a local historian, listen to ancient stories handed down from generation to generation and observe the unique plants and animals that call this area their home. The guided Hawaiian Cultural Excursion is available daily at 5:30 p.m. for US$35 p.p. Also newly available is a Guided Fish Excursion for US$50 p.p. per hour including all fishing supplies and bait; and guided wagon rides of Kahuku Farms to discover all the fruits and veggies “the country”has to offer at this family farm.
