The Switzerland Travel Mart (STM) kicks off today (Monday) with half a dozen Canadians in attendance, including PressToday’s Mike Baginski. The biannual event showcases the country to the trade through a rotating host city followed by post-convention fam trips.
This year the convention takes over the town of Zermatt, famous for its hiking, near year-round skiing, and as a gateway to the spectacular Matterhorn. 2015 marks the 150th year of the mountain’s first ascent, a theme that will colour the convention.
