Guests can hit their stride at Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto this spring.
The hotel’s new package “Running is Shangri-La” provides guests with scenic running routes catered to suit the needs of a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner.
Additional wellness options include practicing yoga in the privacy of their guest suite with a lululemon guided video as a pre- or post-run stretch, a healthy menu, unlimited access to the hotel’s health club facilities, including the pool and fitness classes, and a signature Hammam and Gommage treatment for two at the Miraj Hammam Spa by Caudalie.
All of the recommended running routes have been personally tested and amended by Ben Kaplan, editor-in-chief of iRun magazine, author of Feet, Don’t Fail Me Now, and running columnist for the National Post. Guests can access the maps on their phones by scanning the QR codes for the specific map of their choice located in all guestroom suites.
