Passport to Carnival

Carnival-small-April21

Carnival has assembled a comprehensive new library of ship tutorials from which travel agents can learn detailed facts and features of all 24 ships in the “Fun Ship” fleet.

The tutorials are located within Carnival Passport, the line’s training portal for agents, and feature a wide range of sales and marketing information related to each ship, all in one convenient, centralized location.

Specific details in each tutorial include: Ship facts including tonnage, number of staterooms and basis-two capacity; Information regarding dining, entertainment, onboard activities, public spaces, bars, lounges and children’s programs, as well as Fun Ship 2.0 innovations; Menus for all dining venues fleetwide; Itineraries and port descriptions; Complete list of shore excursions, as well as booking process; Sales and marketing tips tailored to each ship.

“Our award-winning learning tools are very popular with travel agents and we’re always looking for new ways to enhance these resources in a way that fits agents’ specific sales and marketing needs,” said Joni Rein, Carnival’s vice-president of worldwide sales. “Travel agents have expressed a need for a more comprehensive, one-stop shop for ship information and that’s what we’re offering with this new tutorial library.”

The new ship tutorials are now available on GoCCL.com. Agents may earn points in the line’s Travel Agent Rewards Program for completing each tutorial.
