PCC enhances agent booking system

The Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) has made a significant upgrade to its agent booking system. “PCC Agent”now allows travel agents to easily book reservations at one of Hawaii’s top attractions seamlessly from anywhere in the world. With a few clicks, agents can send clients on a winding canoe tour through the PCC’s 42 acres, on a cultural journey through six island villages, to a feast at the Alii Luau or the newly renovated Gateway or through a captivating tale at the evening show Ha: Breath of Life. PCC Agent places an emphasis on travel agency integration. The new system makes it easier while increasing access to other account information anytime, anywhere. PCC Agent allows agencies to register online and book orders directly without having to go through the general call centre or a wholesaler. As a result, PCC is much more accessible to tour and travel partners. Agents are also now able to book specific seats for the Ha: Breath of Life evening show, adding flexiblity for groups of any size and making sure their customers have the best seats available. The launch of PCC Agent is part of the PCC’s five-year investment plan to enhance its activities, shows, restaurants, retail operations and, in the case of PCC Agent, business-to-business booking system.
