The St. Kitts Tourism Authority recently held a culinary event at Cirillo’s Culinary Academy in Toronto where the expansion of Air Canada Vacations’ (ACV) service was announced to a full house of Tripcentral travel professionals.

The interactive cooking experience had agents creating recipes from popular Kittitian restaurants, all while learning about the dining scene in both St. Kitts and Nevis.

Paul Minich, market consultant for The St. Kitts Tourism Authority in Canada, hosted the evening and had two key messages – that ACV has added a second flight to the destination, and that the dining scene in St. Kitts is an experience not to be missed.
