Atout France, the France Tourism Development Agency, has announced that Alex Lenci-Williams of TripCentral in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is the winner of its France Certification Contest 2011. Thanks to partners Air Transat and the Napoléon Hotel, Lenci-Williams will be flying off to Paris with the person of her choice. This first contest organized within the France Certification program helped motivate more than 190 agents to complete the course and thus become destination specialists. Nearly 300 Canadian agents have been certified since the training program’s launch.
