Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport recently completed the Airfield Rehabilitation Program – a three-year, $35 million rehabilitation project, paid for by PortsToronto, that included resurfacing the main runway. To celebrate the completion of the project, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held.
