CITC’s Ontario Regional Council recently held its Blues, Shmooze (and even some Booze) evening at Toronto’s Delta Chelsea Hotel. Council members welcomed 35 CITC members and guests to Monarchs Pub, where the featured performer for the evening was blues harmonica player Jerome Godboo.
