Hard Rock Hotels and Resorts is celebrating its grand opening in Cancun this weekend with a star-studded red carpet gala. The new all-inclusive, the third in Hard Rock’s roster, also used the occasion to celebrate “Pinktoberfest” with an opening night party and fashion show (above). Some proceeds from guests in October are being donated to breast cancer research.
