CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) marked a milestone yesterday (April 21) – after a three-month massive makeover, the highly anticipated redesigned CAA Burlington Store is now open for business. “CAA is proud to unveil a unique retail experience for our members, customers and employees alike. The new, modern look and feel is the result of dedication, hard work and countless hours of planning, designing and constructing our new flagship store. This store remodel is the first of its kind and is the inspiration for future renovations,” said Kathy Kelly, director, sales and distribution, CAA SCO. The improvements to the 3,877-square-foot store are a combination of technology and convenience which features two video walls, five digital displays, iPads and plenty of comfortable seating for customers. The facelift comes complete with a living room where customers can sit back and take in the “view” or browse an iPad while they wait to speak to one of the employees.
