Hard Rock Hotels detailed its plans for three upcoming all-inclusive Mexican hotels — one in Cancun, another in the Riviera Maya and a third in Puerto Vallarta — at the Hard Rock Cafe in Toronto last night (March 15) and brought out some star power while doing so. Five people who have appeared on American Idol were on hand, singing for those in attendance. Flanking Frank Maduro of Hard Rock Hotels are American Idol contestants Michael Johns (l) and Tim Urban. Hard Rock Hotels now has an all-inclusive property in Punta Cana that Maduro says sees occupancy levels of around 90%. He promised those staying at any of his company’s all-inclusives won’t find them run of the mill, in part because of music memorabilia found throughout them.
