The Travel Agent Next Door celebrated its top performing agents last week with a trip to France and a river cruise with Avalon from Paris to Normandy. The trip was awarded based on commissioned earned in 2016. “This was the first top performers trip for the Travel Agent Next Door and we are very excited to be doing this with only three years under our belt,” said Flemming Friisdahl, founder. He added, “One of the important things that we do a little differently is that we set targets for all of our agents for the top performers trip, so all agents have the ability to go and not just the top 10 agents in terms of sales. So if you work hard, you get to go.” The trip was escorted by Friisdahl and Rhonda Stanley, VP, talent development, The Travel Agent Next Door, and Stephanie Bishop, managing director Canada, Globus family of brands.
