A new webinar series being launched by Travel Gay Canada, in conjunction with Jenn T. Grace, is offering the Canadian tourism industry marketing tips on how to grow their LGBT business. The educational series, entitled “Authentic Gay Marketing for the Canadian Tourism Industry,” will empower tourism businesses to identify who the LGBT market is; how to communicate with them; and how to ensure the best customer experience in order to grow market share.
The five-part series includes: “Who is the LGBT Community” on Feb. 25; “Why are you Trying to Reach the LGBT Traveller” on (March 18; “How to Communicate with LGBT Travellers” on April 15; “Defining Your Ideal LGBT Traveller” on May 13; and “A Tactical Approach to Building an LGBT Outreach Plan” on June 10.
The regular price of each webinar is $74 for members; however, Travel Gay Canada is offering the opportunity to attend the first webinar on Feb. 25, 2014 for free.
