Royal Caribbean hosts Trevello Travel Group advisors for Seminar at Sea

Royal Caribbean recently hosted travel advisors from the Trevello Travel Group for a seminar at sea aboard the Wonder of the Seas.
The 4-night roundtrip sailing from Miami was escorted by National Account Manager Eric St-Pierre and combined firsthand product experience with practical training to help advisors sell Royal Caribbean with confidence.
St-Pierre said that: “Working closely with engaged advisors is part of our business DNA. We invest in them because we trust them, and offering this kind of opportunity is how we show it.”
In The Bahamas, advisors toured Perfect Day CocoCay, including Thrill Waterpark. They also visited the island’s two beach clubs: Coco Beach Club, designed for an elevated guest experience, and the adults-only Hideaway Beach Club, where participants spent the rest of the day.
The sea day was dedicated to training. It opened with a targeted ship tour of the best experiences and activities onboard, followed by a product knowledge update and a deep dive into groups, incentive business and automation. A lunch at Giovanni’s Kitchen and Wine Bar let the group sample some of the best Italian cuisine at sea. The day closed with an “Under the Hood” master class on fares and promotions.
Clara Power, Owner, Power Travel, said that: “The Seminar at Sea with Royal Caribbean has been an incredible learning experience. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the product, but more importantly, I’ve walked away with valuable tools and a stronger sense of how to position the brand and create the right fit for my clients. It’s insight I’m excited to bring back to my agency.”
On the final day, advisors visited Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, where they could explore on their own or join a guided tour.
