Royalton Hotels & Resorts unveils Royalton Forward

Royalton Hotels & Resorts has formalized its long-standing approach to continuous resort investment with Royalton Forward, a dedicated program focused on keeping its properties at their best across the portfolio.

Royalton Forward gives a name and clear identity to this work for its guests and partners; encompassing the renovations, improvements and enhancements throughout the resort experience, including guest rooms, public spaces, pools, dining and entertainment areas, along with other amenities.

It also includes behind-the-scenes areas and operational improvements that guests may not see but play an important role in the overall resort experience.

At its core, Royalton Forward is about continuous care and thoughtful investment in the guest experience. Many of these improvements are intentionally subtle and often take place behind the scenes or through carefully phased enhancements designed to preserve the natural flow of the resort experience.

Each project is carefully planned around resort operations and with the guest experience in mind, allowing our resorts to continue welcoming guests while this work takes place. Together, these efforts help keep each resort performing at its best.

For travel advisors, Royalton Forward provides added confidence when recommending the brand to clients. The program is designed to ensure that resorts continue to feel current, well cared for and consistent with the experience guests expect from Royalton, while ongoing enhancements are carefully planned to continue the flow of each stay.

Sustainability is an important pillar of Royalton Forward, aligned with the Royalton Sustainability Standards. As the company continues to invest in its resorts, sustainability is naturally integrated into these improvements, from renewable energy to reducing the use of single-use plastics.

At Royalton Riviera Cancun and Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun, new solar panel systems are being added, further contributing to the 1,236 MWh of solar energy generated annually across the portfolio.

Across the portfolio, Vero Water systems in bars and restaurants have helped eliminate the use of more than 12 million single-use plastic bottles each year, with the initiative now expanding to additional guest-facing areas, including guest rooms and water dispensers at more resorts in Cancun and Jamaica.
