SANDALS EXPANDS CLUB SANDALS PROGRAM

Following a successful launch in Jamaica, Sandals Resorts is extending its exclusive VIP experience known as Club Sandals to all of its Luxury Included resorts throughout the Caribbean beginning this month. With this expansion, guests of Concierge level suites and higher can experience elite Club Sandals status in the Bahamas, Antigua, Saint Lucia and soon Grenada. Club Sandals will launch across the Caribbean as follows: July 15 at Sandals Emerald Bay, Great Exuma, Bahamas; Aug. 1 at Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island (in Nassau); Sept. 1 at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa; and Oct. 1 at all three resorts in Saint Lucia – Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Regency La Toc and Sandals Halcyon Beach. Sandals’ newest property – Sandals LaSource Grenada Resort & Spa – will open on Dec. 12. Club level guests enjoy VIP service from the moment they arrive at the Club Sandals Lounge for an expedited private check-in, with a signature beverage and tasty Caribbean treat. Club Sandals Lounges feature complimentary Wi-Fi, Kindles loaded with the most recent books, high-definition flat screen TVs, docked iPads with resort information, music and the New York Times fax for any country available upon request. The lounge is available for guests to cool down and unwind 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Club Sandals guests are also treated to an array of new benefits including: a “Club Sandals”room key to identify their special status; room service from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; lavish robes for lounging in suites; and in-room beverages restocked daily, ranging from liquor, wine and beer to juice and water. Club Sandals’ guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as free, unlimited long-distance calling to Canada and the US and to UK landlines. Club level guests have direct access to Club Sandals Concierge staff. Guests in Butler level suites can also enjoy all the benefits of Club Sandals, in addition to their personal butlers trained by the Professional Guild of English Butlers, amplifying the level of service afforded to them during their vacation.
