SANDALS HOSTS HARD HAT TOUR WITH GRENADA PM

As anticipation grows for the opening of Sandals LaSource Grenada Resort & Spa at the end of the year, Gordon Stewart, chairman of Sandals Resorts International, and Adam Stewart, CEO of Sandals Resorts International, along with senior members of the Sandals Resorts management team, recently hosted a luncheon and hard hat tour to showcase the progress of this new addition to the resort company’s portfolio to the Prime Minister of Grenada, Keith Mitchell. Many of the island’s other government officials also attended, including Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Culture, Alexandra Otway-Noel, along with prominent members of the local business community. While at the resort, Grenada officials were given an update on the country’s first Luxury Included Sandals resort slated to open on Dec. 12. The Sandals Resorts team shared details about the future of the company in Grenada, as well as the opportunities its investment creates for farming, tourism, arts and crafts, employment, airlift and more. Situated on 6.8 hectares along the pristine Pink Gin Beach, Sandals LaSource Grenada will feature Sandals’ most elaborate accommodations to date, nine global gourmet dining options with the brand’s very first steakhouse, and an expansive infinity pool.
