Sandals Montego Bay Transformed

The comprehensive makeover of Sandals’ flagship resort – Sandals Montego Bay – is now complete, transforming it into Jamaica’s newest and hottest resort.

With the recent opening of two new restaurants — Butch’s Steak & Seafood and Soy — Sandals has now concluded the entire transformation of its flagship resort, and the completely redesigned Sandals Montego Bay takes Luxury Included to the next level from the moment guests arrive on resort.

Sandals Montego Bay — the very first Sandals — has been exceeding guests’ expectations since its inception in 1981. From day one, Sandals has set out to be deliberately unique — from being the first Caribbean hotel company to offer swim-up pool bars to being the first to guarantee that every room is fitted with a king-size bed and hair dryer.

Thirty-eight years later, Sandals Resorts’ ethos remains the same — allowing the company to sustain its leadership in the all-inclusive space through constant innovation based on the inclusions and amenities that matter most to two people in love.

Gordon ‘Butch’ Stewart, Chairman and Founder of Sandals Resorts, observed: “Sandals Resorts was built on the simple principle of exceeding guests’ expectations, and this especially rings true today with the complete transformation of our flagship resort, Sandals Montego Bay.”

He continued: “I am very proud of how far Sandals has come since 1981, and I am very proud of where we’re going. We will continue to redefine the Luxury Included experience and, of course, exceed our guests’ wildest expectations in the process.”

Located on the most exclusive stretch of white sand beach in Jamaica, Sandals Montego Bay is now the island’s newest and hottest resort and features an incredible 12 dining options as part of Sandals 5-Star Global Gourmet program. Six bars, including the brand-new Latitudes Overwater Bar, offer premium brand liquors and Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wines – always unlimited and always included.
