SkyLink Unveils Enhanced Version of TripPro

SkyLink trio - GC

Hosting more than 250 travel agents in Toronto last night – the fourth of a five-city cross-Canada tour – SkyLink unveiled an enhanced version TripPro, the latest technology that gives agents the ability to shop, book and ticket the lowest international airfares.

TripPro technology is customer friendly, offers the lowest guaranteed prices and has a variety of versions including IBE, Sabre Red App, Amadeus Desktop, as well as an API version.

According to SkyLink president Yuvraj Datta, TripPro provides users with global content, saves time, increases profits and offers the lowest available fares.

“Our focus is to empower travel agents to get more business,” Datta told PressToday. “TripPro saves agents time from traditional booking methods, allowing them to focus on what they’re good at – selling. It’s very, very easy to use and we guarantee all fares once booked. Anyone not using [TripPro] should be to see what they’re missing.”

He stressed that SkyLink support staff are still available as well, if needed.

The latest enhancement to the TripPro – Self Servicing Tool was unveiled to agents attending the SkyLink road show. The Self Service Tool provides eligible agents with the ability and power to issue their own tickets 24/7 without having to call/transfer/queue PNRs.

The Self-Servicing module is built using advanced quality control algorithms designed to eliminate errors, ADMs and provide guaranteed pricing and costs savings to travel agents.

Datta notes the product has been tested both internally and externally using pilot customers including retail, leisure and corporate markets.

To register for TripPro, agents may visit http://www.trippro.com/skylink.
