Snow Valley Introduces ‘Tiny Home’ Hotel
The owners of Snow Valley Lodging, formerly Snow Valley Motel, in Fernie, BC, have introduced the addition of six full-amenity, one-bed, one-bath “Tiny Homes” to the property’s already varied selection of accommodations.
The Tiny Home village takes advantage of Snow Valley Lodging’s central location in the all-seasons playground of Fernie and offers the amenities and style of a contemporary resort, but at affordable motel-like prices.
The property’s new identity – Snow Valley Lodging – maintains ties with the original valley name of the area while providing harmony under one banner for the lodges’ different accommodation options. It comes amid the property’s first major renovation and re-branding in more than 15 years. Updates to the lodging’s comfort rooms and kitchenettes include modern furnishings, accent lighting, and barn-wood feature walls – each detail chosen to enhance the mountain charm Snow Valley is known for. The Lodging includes unique cabins, an indoor common space, and a charming communal courtyard. A penthouse suite also includes access to the Lodging’s rooftop patio and garden.
