Cruise, Sunquest And More From TravelBrands

TravelBrands is providing an easy-to-use Cruise and Air packaging program for travel agents.

Through its Access platform, travel agents can customize cruise and air options for their clients.

Nathalie Tanious, COO, TravelBrands, explained: “We are partnered with dozens of cruise lines and over 80 airline partners giving thousands of unique travel options for those looking for a cruise getaway in the future. Now, our new package program allows agents to quickly provide travel choices for their clients and help them get the best price possible.”

The new technology will automatically showcase any corresponding promotions at the selected airport. Airfare is available to book up to 331 days in advance.

The platform will also showcase exclusive TravelBrands package offers. These exclusive offers can provide clients significant savings when available. However, travel agents can book any promotion listed with an air package of their choice. The full package is commissionable at 12%.

The platform allows travel agents to select which flight, airline and class they prefer, as well as what stateroom their client wants.

Access Sunquest On TravelBrands’ Access

Sunquest is now available on TravelBrands’ Access platform, allowing agents to simplify the booking process by booking Sunquest product online now.

Frank DeMarinis, president & CEO, TravelBrands, said: “The Sunquest brand has been a player in the package holiday market for over 40 years. Sunquest offers what no other charter tour operator can: the ability to package a hotel in one of our many destinations, with your choice of scheduled airline, the instant you request it, which gets you the most competitive price. Now that is available on Access, I am sure our travel agent partners can further meet the needs of their clients.”

Through Sunquest and TravelBrands, travellers can depart from multiple gateways across Canada, or from a selection of U.S. border cities to take advantage of further savings. They can also travel to various points in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, the United States and Europe. On the Access platform, travel agents can search vacation packages for their clients. Agents can request special features including price, star rating, all-inclusive stays, adult-only resorts, stays with kitchenettes and more.

If clients are flexible with travel dates, the Access platform will also inform travel agents if there is a better price available within three departure dates of the date requested.

But There’s More

Available on both the App Store and Google Play, travel agents can now manage their files on the go from their mobile devices.

DeMarinis observed: “We know that being a travel agent isn’t always a 9-to-5 job and that agents may need to access a client’s booking at any given time. Now, travel agents can securely access their files, view invoices and more with our new, easy-to-use app. Our app is just another technological advancement we have made to ensure that Canadian travel professionals can continue to work smarter, not harder.”

The MyBookings app has a variety of functions to assist travel professionals.

Agents can receive notifications on upcoming payments. They can also apply payments to files through the app, view edocuments and send them to clients and look up commission levels. The app also allows agents to further connect to TravelBrands. Agents can connect with the TravelBrands sales team as well as the TravelBrands BDM Facebook group. Travel agents can download TravelBrands’ MyBookings app now through the App Store or Google Play.
