Sunquest unveils 2013 Mediterranean cruise program

Sunquest has introduced its 2013 Mediterranean Cruising program, detailed in a new brochure and in the system – ready to book. Featuring departures out of Toronto with Alitalia (March to October 2013), Sunquest and MSC Cruises are continuing their partnership “to bring even more choice and value for the 2013 Med cruising season.”The MSC Splendida, MSC Fantasia, MSC Lirica and the MSC Divina are the four ships that Sunquest guests can choose from this coming season. Five itineraries are available – two East and three West, covering the Med’s sunny shores from Valencia to Haifa and everywhere in between. Of particular note are the Lirica’s two Western Mediterranean itineraries. Fifteen days and 13 nights (11-night cruises plus two nights in Rome), these Sunquest “Cruise of a Lifetime”itineraries offer a number of interesting and new Sunquest ports of call. Both sailing from Rome, option #1 visits, Istanbul, Yalta, Odessa, Athens, Sorrento and Genoa, with four days at sea in that time, and option #2 visits Messina, Marmaris (or Rhodes), Limassol, Haifa, Zakynthos and Genoa (including three days at sea). Also new for Sunquest is Kotor, Montenegro, which can be experienced aboard the MSC Fantasia’s 11-day/nine-night (seven-night cruise, two nights in Rome) “Cruise of a Lifetime”Eastern Mediterranean itinerary out of Venice that also calls in Bari, Katakolon, Santorini and Athens. Sunquest’s Med cruising program offers early booking savings as well — clients that book early can save up to $500 per couple, per stateroom, plus enjoy a free stateroom upgrade, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis – combined this represents up to $800 per couple in savings.
