Sunwing is launching its enhanced agent portal as part of an ongoing commitment to providing a frictionless digital experience for travel agents. Agents booking their customers’ vacations to popular sun destinations with Sunwing can enjoy the added convenience of improved features and new tools on

The new agent portal includes new features and updates to existing features that are critical to the booking experience, and will improve how agents interact with the portal. With convenient self-serve options available 24/7 and an intuitive design, agents can navigate the portal with ease and enjoy unlimited access to a suite of marketing tools, key information and resources, along with several new features and valuable tools designed to help agents increase their knowledge and save time, including:

  • Agent tools: Agents can stay in-the-know with information on current Sunwing promotions, view on-demand webinars, customizable flyers and more
  • Agent STAR rewards program: Agents can easily sign up for a STAR Card to start earning points for all qualifying bookings and manage redemption of STAR Points for cash
  • Destination entry travel requirements: Agents will have up-to-date information on entry requirements for all Sunwing destinations
  • Agent FAQs: Helpful agent information and answers to commonly asked questions will be provided for additional support

Sunwing’s Manage my bookings feature will now allow agents to perform self-serve transactions including adding payments and travel insurance, in addition to making changes to bookings, accessing and printing e-docs, selecting and upgrading seats, booking excursions and more.

Plus, agents booking group travel will enjoy easy access to the Group Sales Resource Centre and its services such as creating instant group quotes, with destination information on wedding planning services, group rewards and our hotel recommendations by group type readily available.
