Superhero Sunfest Set For May
Panorama ski resort in eastern BC has unveiled an array of entertainment and events for its Superhero Sunfest weekend, April 4-6.
The weekend is superhero themed and will feature a Peak to Valley charity race. This requires participants to descend the full height of the mountain, covering 4,000 vertical feet from the summit to the base, and carving through 180 giant slalom race gates. Funds from the race will be used to support the Branch Out Neurological Foundation.
Also scheduled for Sunfest is the Easy Rider Snowboard Cup program.
Panorama will be open for spring skiing until April 20, and value season pricing will be in effect from March 31. A one-day adult lift ticket will cost $75.
