Taking A Balanced Approach On The Path To Recovery

“We are seeing shoots of growth in markets like North America, which is set to rebound even more strongly than before as carriers like Singapore Airlines and United Airlines are increasing capacity in the coming months. Last year, we even added a new long haul city link to Vancouver,” observed Magdeline Zee, Market Development Air Hub Cluster, Changi Airport Group.

In conversation with Canadian Travel Press, Zee offered insights on how the airport managed its way through the global pandemic and reported that “given the gradual recovery now, we are reopening our terminals in a calibrated manner, balancing operational efficiencies as we get ready to receive travellers again.”
