Tee Off For Tiny Tots Postponed

This year’s annual Tee Off For Tiny Tots charity golf day has been postponed.

The event, which raises money for the African Pre-Schools Society and is a registered Canadian charity, was to have taken place tomorrow (Sept. 23), but has now been rescheduled to June of 2016.

Tee Off For Tiny Tots’ fundraising activities supports two pre-school projects in South Africa for extremely impoverished children.

The Mazinyane Preschool near Kruger National Park is in its 15th year, supporting 440 children and 17 staff.

The “Sunshine” project in Mbazwana, KwaZulu Natal, supports 250 Zulu children. Electricity and running water are now in place and building/renovating kitchens on the properties is underway.

In addition to pre-school classes, each child receives a cold breakfast, hot lunch and a snack to take home. To keep these projects going, your support is very important. Including salaries, maintenance, electricity and upgrades, our budget for 2015 is approximately CA$65, 000.
