Thomas Cook introduces dedicated sales teams
Thomas Cook’s sales department has been divided into two teams to provide greater support to its various brands – the FIT or Independent team represents Holiday House, Fun Sun Vacations, Intair and Network, and the ITC team represents Sunquest and ALBATours. Dawn Rzepka, senior director, sales, Canada, will oversee both divisions nationally, while Bruce Lidberg takes on the role of director of sales for Independent in the West and Ontario, and Lina Coté is director of sales for Independent in Quebec, Manitoba and Atlantic Canada. Lidberg’s team is represented by Jeff Carpenter in the West, and Heidi Lord and Amr Dief in Ontario. Coté’s team is represented by Rose Finikin in Manitoba, Ottawa and Thunder Bay, Valerie Colpitts in Atlantic Canada, and Jennipher Santa Cruz and Yannick Schutt in Quebec. The ITC Sales Team is represented by Jennifer Matthews as Inside Sales/Training Supervisor, Erminia Nigro as Key Account Representative in Ontario, Tanya States as BDM in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, and Brianna Klassen, BDM in Western Canada.
