TICO Charges
Dut Phuc Ngo, a sole proprietor trading as Sky Asia Travel, has been charged with one count of failing to hold customer funds in a designated trust account, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002.
The first court appearance is scheduled for May 15 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto.
