Amigo Travel Charged
Esterlina Coyant, Mirta Zamora and Amigo Travel Ltd. have been charged with 15 counts each of failing to properly maintain trust accounting contrary to the Travel Industry Act.
Amigo Travel Ltd. operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. The first court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 11 in Toronto.
