TICO Charges
Kyle Gaspari has been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to the Ontario Travel Industry Act.
Gaspari operated as Executive Sports Company in Burlington and elsewhere in Ontario.
A court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 18 in Burlington.
