Jane True and Rainbow Tours Inc. have been charged with one count each of operating as a travel wholesaler contrary to the Ontario Travel Industry Act. Rainbow Tours operates in Niagara Falls and elsewhere in Ontario. The first court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 21 at the Ontario Court of Justice in St. Catharines, Ont. (http://www.tico.ca)
