TICO Charges

Mahendran Sivakolunthu has been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002.

Sivakolunthu operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. The first court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 11 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto.
