TICO Charges, Arrest

Lorna (Natalie) Arcega has been charged with two counts of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act.

Arcega operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario.
The first court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 8 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, in Toronto.

Toronto police, working in co-operation with TICO, arrested Arcega with respect to several accounts of fraud and other related charges.
