TICO Charges: Representaciones Neward Inc.
The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has charged Libia Guerra Paez, operator of Representaciones Neward Inc., with operating as a travel agent without being registered contrary to the Travel Industry Act, and one count of failing to take reasonable care to prevent Representaciones Neward Inc. from committing the offence of selling travel.
Separately, TICO has also charged Representaciones Neward Inc. with one count of selling travel services without being registered.
Paez and Representaciones Neward Inc. operated in the GTA.
Paez will appear in court on April 4.
