TICO Encourages Online Survey Participation

The Ontario government is actively exploring ways to improve consumer protection for Ontarians when buying travel services in the province and is seeking industry feedback via an online survey.

The survey is designed to obtain feedback from both industry and consumers to assist the government with identifying any challenges and opportunities for consumer protection in the travel sector.

“TICO encourages all industry members to participate in the Ontario Government’s comprehensive review by completing the online survey. This is a great opportunity to provide your feedback and contribute to modernizing the consumer protection legislation, strengthen consumer protection and reduce burden on business,” said TICO president Richard Smart. “We also encourage you to share the survey link broadly with your customers, colleagues and friends.”
