TL Network names Caroline Belgrave as business solution manager, Western Canada

Travel Leaders Network has welcomed a well-known figure in the Canadian travel industry, Caroline Belgrave, as its new business solutions manager for Western Canada.

With more than 17 years of experience in travel and hospitality, Belgrave is set to leverage her deep industry knowledge to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency and build impactful partnerships. Recognized for her innovative approach and outstanding coaching skills, she has a proven track record of empowering travel agencies and professionals to succeed.

In her new role, Belgrave is excited to bring her expertise to Travel Leaders Network members in Western Canada, offering tailored solutions and innovative strategies to foster success. Prior to this, she served as a business development manager at the premier host travel agency, Nexion Travel Group, and as a senior trainer at Travel Leaders Network, where she excelled in creating comprehensive learning resources and delivering top-tier training programs across North America. Caroline’s extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and personalized coaching will be key drivers in boosting membership sales and engagement.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Caroline in her new role with Travel Leaders,” said Christine James, vice-president Canada at Travel Leaders Network. Caroline will directly report to James who says she is confident that she will bring a fresh approach to all she does and be a tremendous asset to our team. “We are very fortunate to have this rising star on board with the wealth of industry knowledge she brings to our company from her prior experience with Travel Leaders Network and from within the travel and tourism sector.”

“Our members are some of the best in the industry, and it’s truly an honour to follow in Sue Urie’s footsteps,” said Belgrave. Caroline steps into the role of business solutions manager for Western Canada, succeeding Sue Urie, who sadly passed away recently. “I consider Sue to be truly legendary. At every event we attended in Western Canada, she always made a point of introducing me and ensuring everyone knew they had strong representation in the West. I can still hear her distinctive laugh, and I will miss her greatly. As I move forward in this role, I will carry her spirit and member-focused approach with me.”

Belgrave continues, “Stepping into this position feels like coming home—it’s that comforting sense of familiarity that makes everything feel right. I’m excited to engage in those first conversations that inspire, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge of Travel Leaders Network programs and products to help our members grow their sales and businesses.”
