Trafalgar Says It With Flowers On Mother’s Day
Everyone gets mom some flowers on Mother’s Day, right.
Well, for those looking for a really memorable bouquet, Trafalgar may well have the answer.
Just in time for Mother’s Day 2021, Trafalgar has unveiled details of its new tours to Floriade Expo 2022 in Holland where, trust me, there are lots and lots and lots of flowers.
Set to take place from April 14 to Oct. 9, 2022, the fair is located in Almere – less than 30 kilometres from downtown Amsterdam – and it will celebrate “Growing Green Cities.”
Gardening has become an increasingly popular Canadian lifestyle trend. According to a recent report on gardening from Dalhousie University, 1 in 5 Canadians stated they started growing food at home for the first time in 2020 or during COVID-19. Of new gardeners, 67 per cent stated the pandemic was a major influence on why they tried their hand at gardening.
Wolf Paunic, president, Trafalgar Canada, said: “Trafalgar has created three immersive Holland itineraries to coincide with the highly-anticipated Floriade Expo 2022 and we designed our tours so clients can experience the world differently with our one-of-a-kind experiences.”
Paunic continued: “After a year on pause, giving the gift of travel is the perfect Mother’s Day gift to connect with locals and to dive into the vibrant cultures. Holland is one of our most popular destinations which is renowned for its natural beauty, famous icons and numerous Dutch delights.”
Clients can secure their spot to attend Floriade 2022 with Trafalgar on the following trips: 6-day Amsterdam Explorer, 7-day Best of Holland and 10-day Best of Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
