Trafalgar has released its 2020 Europe & Britain itineraries featuring 118 trips across 49 countries, including eight new trips and six new destinations.
The brand has also announced a 10% Early Payment Discount for travellers who haven’t yet locked in their 2020 Europe and Britain travels.
In addition to longtime favourites like Italy, France and the United Kingdom, Trafalgar is introducing trips to some of the hottest emerging destinations in Eastern Europe, such as Macedonia, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia and Albania and Montenegro. As with all of Trafalgar’s itineraries, these newest additions feature the exclusive Trafalgar-only experiences that the brand is known for.
“We’ve seen a growing interest in destinations in Eastern Europe and the Balkan cities, as guests look to explore destinations further that are off the beaten path. These destinations still offer the things clients love about Europe: timeless cultures, incredible cuisine and stunning landscapes,” said Michael Unrath, Trafalgar’s head of product for Europe and Britain. “Better still, we are visiting a number of ‘under-tourism’ destinations and helping to bring clients to these fantastic up-and-coming places, while creating new and engaging Trafalgar experiences alongside, to bring each places to life, is an exciting time.”
In keeping with the brand’s commitment to connecting guests to places, people and experiences, each trip in the brand’s 2020 suite includes at least one of Trafalgar’s “Be My Guest” experiences.
Always at the centre of Trafalgar’s mission is travelling responsibly, with “Make A Difference” experiences available on many itineraries that let guests directly give back to the communities they visit. JoinTrafalgar has also reforested 359 acres of trees to date with longstanding partner, One Tree Planted, as a result of guests choosing to travel paper-free with their e-document solution, introduced in 2018. Trafalgar has also removed single-use plastic bottles on all their coaches throughout Europe.
