Transat unveils Florida Collection
Transat Holidays has unveiled its new Florida Collection, complete with a series of launch promotions. In June, Transat presented its new Sun Collection, designed with clients’ requirements in mind. The evolution continues with two new collections specific to the wants and needs of Canadians travelling to Florida. The Transat Holidays Home & Condo Collection was specifically designed to offer families and friends “the ultimate level of flexibility while on vacation in Florida,”featuring the intimacy, space and comfort of home. In addition to its destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean, Transat’s Experience Collection Duos will also be available in Florida. This program offers the best of Florida, with Orlando and its amusement parks and relaxation on the shores of St. Petersburg Beach, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and New Smyrna Beach. Transat has introduced new Florida promotions, applicable to all Florida packages, valid on all new individual bookings made before Oct. 31 for departures between Nov. 15 and April 30, 2013. Those booking by Sept. 30 will receive the following advantages: Pay a deposit of $100 instead of $250; have the opportunity to change the travel date up to seven days before departure; a free upgrade to Option Plus or CanJet Select when booking a Walt Disney World Resort (Deluxe or Moderate) or Florida Holiday Homes package. Those booking by Oct. 31 get: a deposit of $150 instead of $250; the opportunity to change the travel date up to 21 days before departure; and a free upgrade to Option Plus or CanJet Select when booking a Walt Disney World Resort (Deluxe or Moderate) or Florida Holiday Homes package. New for this season, Transat Holidays now sells the new LEGOLAND theme park and water park, located close to Orlando. LEGOLAND is an interactive new theme park for families with children ages two to 12. It features more than 50 rides, shows and attractions centred on family fun. Another addition to Transat Holidays’ Florida program, Discovery Cove is an all-inclusive day resort experience that offers one-of-a-kind activities such as swimming with dolphins, snorkelling alongside stingrays and exotic fish, and relaxing on immaculate beaches. Transat Holidays also offers a unique Disney Cruise Line experience, featuring both the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.
