Agent rate extended at Occidental Hotels & Resorts
Occidental Hotels & Resorts has extended its limited
time travel agent rate in celebration of the newly renovated Occidental
Grand Nuevo Vallarta to friends and family. Friends and family who are
booking a separate room and travelling with the travel agent, can take
advantage of the rate of US$60 per person, per night, with an upgrade to
a deluxe ocean view room based on availability. To book this limited
time offer, agents are required to send all requests to [email protected].
The special travel agent rate will apply through Oct. 31. Travel agents
must present a valid ID upon check in, or rack rates will apply.

Occidental Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the return of
the interactive agent game “Book & Play” after an overwhelming
request from agents. The ground breaking contest rewards NEW bookings
that are made with a Canadian tour operator or wholesaler at a
participating Occidental resort. Over $90,000 in cash and prizes,
including 25 Occidental vacations and gift cards up to $250 will be won
throughout the contest.

and register their bookings to qualify. Agents are then invited to
play the instant win game where they enter an Occidental elevator and
choose a lucky floor. Upon selecting the floor, players will select one
of three doors with their Occidental room key for a chance to win an
instant prize, including a 7 night all inclusive land-only vacation to a
selected Occidental resort, or a Visa gift card valued up to $250. As
an added bonus, every qualified booking will also be entered in a weekly
draw for a prize of $100.
Bookings
made from July 1st to October 31th, 2012 at an Occidental property for
stays from July 1st to January 1st, 2013 are qualified to enter the
instant win game.

Sea Turtle workshops
Sea Turtle workshops and Baby Sea Turtles thrive at our
resorts in the Yucatan Peninsula. The hatching of baby sea turtles is an
amazing experience, which takes place from July – September. These
hatchlings are nurtured and protected by our staff, area parks and
tourism officials. Occidental Hotels & Resorts, the Occidental Grand
Cozumel, the Allegro Cozumel, the Allegro Playacar and the Royal
Hideaway Playacar all promote this event as part of the beauty of the
area.

Located just a few minutes from Chankanaab Park, the Allegro Cozumel

weddings at any Occidental Grand or Allegro property. By simply booking
10 deluxe category rooms for seven nights in each room Occidental will
help clients plan their FREE basic wedding in luxurious settings at the
resort of their choice. The Five-Diamond Award winning Royal Hideaway
Playacar the bridal party only need to book 7 nights at any category to
qualify for a complimentary basic wedding. A wedding planner is onsite
at every one of our resorts.
Your
clients can wed just like the ancient Mayans did with a traditional
Mayan wedding ceremony at the Occidental Grand Cozumel. For thousands of
year’s Mayan couples have made the pilgrimage to Cozumel to bless their
love in a beautiful ceremony, at the shore of Cozumel against an altar
representing the four elements: Fire, Water, Earth & Air. After the
