destination wedding, Occidental Hotels & Resorts offers free basic
weddings at any Occidental Grand or Allegro property. By simply booking 10
deluxe category rooms for seven nights, we can offer a FREE basic wedding.
For the award winning, Royal Hideaway Playacar, the bride and groom and
party only need to book 7 nights at any luxury category room for ten rooms
to qualify for a complimentary basic wedding.

Who:
Couples who want a memorable,
affordable, all-inclusive wedding experience, select an Occidental Hotels
& Resorts for a wedding package. With a spectrum of spectacular
properties throughout Mexico, The Caribbean, Central and Southern America,
the seasons dictate the style. The Wedding Planner will guide them on
weather conditions and norms of each resort.
Family and friends
staying off-property may join the ceremony by purchasing half day or full
day passes. These passes vary by resort, so please confirm with the
wedding coordinator prior to arrival.
On the day of the ceremony
your client will receive a duplicate of the wedding certificate. Documents
will be sent to the governing city of the resort and then the registrar
will issue original wedding certificate. It can take up to 12 weeks for
the certificate to be mailed.
What:
Choose a resort
and date and an Occidental property. Awedding coordinator will assist in
planning everything to suit your clients style and budget. From a special
honeymoon package to a beach vow renewal for 10 to an elaborate 200 person
affair, several wedding packages are offered.
When:
Check to find
out what packages are offered each season – some are year-round
destinations. In each destination, Judges, Priests, Rabbis and Ministers
are in high demand! Help planning a wedding and confirming a minister may
require some flexibility. So, please let your client know that we may have
to re-consider the day of the week! The package fees will vary by civil,
religious and vow renewals.
