Learn all about Mexico’s Mundo Maya—in
the states of Campeche, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Tabasco and Yucatan—at
the fifth annual Mayan World Tourist Fair, September 27-29, 2013. The
show will take place at the Centro de Convenciones Yucatan Siglo XXI in
Merida, and is expected to draw nearly 500 exhibitors and more than 500
travel agent and tour operator buyers from the United States, Canada,
Mexico and Europe.

MAYAN MUSEUM OPENS IN CANCUN

After six years of work, the nearly
$15-million Maya Museum debuted in Cancun at the end of 2012.
Conveniently located in the Hotel Zone, the new museum is a fun and
educational add-on to other area explorations, showcasing some 350
archeological artifacts that include pieces recently discovered and
others that have never before been publicly shown.

I’M QUINTANA ROO

Build excitement for a trip to Cancun,
