New Zealand is the airline of Middle-earth and the official travel
partner for the highly anticipated movie, The Hobbit: An Unexpected
Journey is giving two agents in the United States and Canada the chance
to win a trip for two to the film’s premiere in New York City on
December 6, 2012. The Hobbit trilogy was filmed at a number of
spectacular locations around New Zealand and it is widely expected to
increase tourism to the island nation.
For the chance to win agents must register between November 1-15, 2012. Winners will be notified on November 16, 2012.
The
lucky winners will be flown to NYC on December 5, 2012 for the North
American premiere of the film on December 6, 2012, hosted by Air New
Zealand, and provided accommodation at a four star hotel for up to four
nights.

In
celebration of the release of Sir Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit; An
Unexpected Journey, we produced a Safety Video that is out of this
world. After months of preparation, the cinematically lit
aircraft interior was packed with Hobbit, Wizards, Dwarves and
Elves. The star power didn’t stop there. Featured amongst
the fans, there are a number of very special cameo appearances.
