Kathryn Mazza-Burney, executive vice-president sales, TRAVELSAVERS and The Affluent Traveler Collection, commented, “We continue to see significant growth in Quebec and great interest from agencies there. Agency owners are keen to have access to our suite of programs, both corporate and leisure.”

Aurore Bonvalot , owner of Les Collectionneurs du Voyages, Montreal, said, “As a travel agency specializing in luxury and customized trips, we were looking for a group that can offer high end and specific tourism products. The strength of TRAVELSAVERS is the quantity and quality of its offerings, technology, marketing and its preferred partners. Moreover, we have good commissions and unparalleled service from its representative.”

And Bonvalot added, “Above all, we wanted to join an organization that allows us to offer added value to our customers and this is what we found by joining the Affluent Traveler Collection program.”

Johan Marjanek, business development manager (BDM), Quebec at TRAVELSAVERS, pointed out that the main differentiator agencies discover at TRAVELSAVERS is that the program can be customized for each agency based on their needs, observing, “Also, the fact that we offer a dedicated BDM who will take the time to understand each of their needs and assist them in growing their business and building customized marketing plans.”

And he added, “Our proprietary technology such as cruiseexpress, our global presence and The Affluent Traveler program are all reasons why these agencies are joining TRAVELSAVERS.”

In Quebec, TRAVELSAVERS’ team is led by Marjanek, and includes Marylene Lupien, business analyst and Lydie Rauzon, manager special projects, who is responsible for special projects & translation services.

TRAVELSAVERS has rolled out translated versions of its award-winning direct mail program in Quebec. This includes multi-branded lifestyle direct mailers and individual supplier pieces.

Complementing this, TRAVELSAVERS has introduced a fully translated version of its customer loyalty program, Travel Club. The company’s internal extranet, sales and marketing communication and consumer site have also been translated.
