Two For Riu In Panama
Riu Hotels & Resorts has opened its second hotel in Panama.
The Riu Playa Blanca, located in Coclé province, joins the hotel Riu Plaza Panama. With this project, RIU offers guests the chance to enjoy a holiday in Panama that combines a city break with a stay on the beach with 24-hour all-inclusive service.
The new resort has 573 rooms with flat-screen television, electronic safe, liquor dispenser and stocked mini-bars. Room types include bedrooms and family suites. There is a choice of restaurants, and five bars, including a sports bar that’s open 24 hours.
Also found is the Pacha nightclub and a garden and pool area of more than 28,000 square metres. The hotel has three adult swimming pools, one with a pool bar, and a fourth for children with a slide and games. There are also daytime and evening entertainment programs, RiuLand children’s club, sporting activities with RiuFit, water sports, a gym, conference room, free Internet in the hotel lobby and a pay service in rooms.
